I propose a bill to create different Political parties.
1. Creates friendly competition.
A. Any person would be able to create a political party, with the consent of the government.
2. Give the people the ability to express their political views.
A. All parties must have some sort of view.
B. views must be appropriate.
Hereby, this bill is written.
