RaiN Or SnOw?

I think rain is better than snow because, It can keep our plants growing because rain is water.

Snow though, is water that is frozen, without snow, the polars bears would die, and so many animals that depend on it will die without it.

Yes, and snow will turn into water sooner of later. They both have great value.

But, we could make a mechine, that lets through minor snow and rain so that there is no more flooding, or i hate to say it because i love snow days, there would be no more school snow days, but we will let a few good snow storms through
