I propose to create Military Headquarters
1. NOTICES that every military should have a center of operations.
A. Each branch of military will have separate headquarters
B. Only the military branch may use it's headquarters, no other military branch may. With the exception of interbranch communicators.
2. Each citizen may only be part of ONE military branch at a time.
A. Any citizen may apply for military membership, but the leader of the branch has the right to reject your application for any reason.
